Transitory music for transitory times. Three tracks from gloomy core to cozy glory, Resilience Interlude is a journey through carefully crafted ambiences. ‘Darkness’ opens the EP with a polytemporal conversation between dark arpeggios and a biting drum beat. ‘Resilience’ delivers a charged atmosphere into which an ominous bell slowly melts down. Drums make a comeback in ‘Lightness’, this time offering a hopeful contrast. Arpeggio voices unfold at different tempi, once again highlighting the artist’s taste for rhythmic experimentation.
